Max Verga studied theatre production and direction at the Long Island University Brooklyn campus and interior design at the New York School of Interior Design. After retiring from the City of New York he once again pursued theatre and acting while expanding into design work as an art quilter and set designer. He is also active as a writer, craftsperson, and costume designer and is an active member of the Oak Point Retirement Community and its many clubs.
Amanda Pyne studied theatre education at Emerson College and earned a Masters in Education from Harvard University. She is certified to teach both English and Drama. Before joining the staff at Avon Middle High School, Amanda was the Education Department Manager at the Huntington Theatre Company. In her four years there, she coordinated and taught in many of the Huntington's education programs. These days, you can most often find her backstage, directing for AMHS, BC High, and Avon Park & Recreation.
Jane Cartier has a lifelong love of the theater, performing on the high school and college stage. She has a Master's degree from Boston College in Counseling Psychology/Education and a B.A. from Bridgewater State College in Psychology. During her years working as a high school guidance counselor, Jane also directed plays at three local high schools. She has performed in local theater for just the last few years w/ Nemasket River Productions and Theatre One Productions of Middleboro, One Strong Voice Productions and the Milton Players. Jane also administers the NRP Facebook page.
Monica Saviolakis is an actress, singer and model. Monica has been on the set of over one hundred commercial, film and theatre projects in the last few years, including clients like Dunkin Donuts, Hasbro, BJs, CVS, and Google. Monica has been married to her husband, Andy, a local Realtor, for 10 years. They have two beautiful daughters that share her love and passion for the arts.
